Please submit your application form along with the below listed documents:

• Passport size recent photograph.
• Mark sheets of the recent education completed.
• School leaving certificate/passing certificate (H.S.C./S.S.C.)/date of birth Certificate.
• Aadhar card.
• NO FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FEES OF RS 1000
